Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Engraved or personalized pieces require additional preparation time. Please allow 2-4 business days for customization prior to shipment.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates by region:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 6-12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
- Rest of World: 8-15 business days

Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are included only for eligible destinations and shipments where explicitly shown at checkout. If inclusion is not stated for your destination, please contact support@jovyra.com before ordering to confirm how import charges will be handled.
Tracking

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or shows no meaningful tracking update after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:
