Personalized pieces require an additional 2-4 business days for preparation before shipment.

Please review your engraving text carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Does it come gift-ready?

Yes. JOVYRA pieces are prepared with gift-ready presentation, and a gift box is included unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

JOVYRA jewelry is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal use. Normal wear, gradual plated-finish wear, accidental damage, pulling or snagging, improper storage, chemical exposure and care outside the product guidance are excluded.
