The JOVYRA 2026 Fall Giveaway opens September 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and closes October 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. One winner will be selected from Instagram entries, one from TikTok entries, and one from Facebook entries.

How to enter

To enter on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, complete all five actions on the platform where you are entering:

1. Follow the official JOVYRA account or Page.
2. Like the official giveaway post.
3. Comment, tag one friend, and tell us which style you would choose and why.
4. Share or repost the official giveaway post during the Entry Period.
5. Complete the entry form below and select the platform where you completed the actions.

For Instagram, share the post to your Story. For TikTok, use Share or Repost. For Facebook, use the Share function on the official giveaway post.

You may enter on more than one platform, but you must complete all five actions and submit a separate form for each platform entry. Limit one valid entry per person per platform and one prize per person. If your share is private or no longer visible, proof will be requested only if you are selected as a potential winner.

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The JOVYRA 2026 Fall Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by JOVYRA (“Sponsor”).

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins September 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends October 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents age 18 or older in the United States, the United Kingdom, and European destinations where JOVYRA offers shipping at checkout. The final eligibility test is whether checkout returns an available shipping method for the winner's complete shipping address. If no shipping method is available, the address is not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. How to enter

No purchase or payment is necessary. Complete every action listed above for the platform selected in the form. Incomplete, false, automated, bulk, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Limit one valid entry per person per platform. Entering on multiple platforms is permitted only when the entrant separately completes every requirement and submits a separate form for each platform.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded, one for each platform entry pool. Each verified winner may choose one of the three eligible prize styles listed above, subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any tax obligations imposed on a winner remain the winner's responsibility where required by law.

Prize shipping is included for eligible destinations. Sponsor will not ask a winner to pay shipping or purchase another item to claim a prize.

6. Winner selection and verification

After the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from each of the three valid platform entry pools. Each selected entrant must satisfy every eligibility and entry requirement for that platform.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email supplied in the form and may also receive a message from JOVYRA's official social account. A potential winner must respond and provide requested verification within 72 hours. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate from the same platform pool.

If the same person is selected in more than one pool, that person will receive only the first prize selected and the later pool will be redrawn. Sponsor expects to complete initial selections by October 9, 2026 and will announce winners only after verification.

7. Prize fulfillment

Verified winners will receive a private, one-time checkout link for their selected prize. The link applies the prize discount, and eligible prize shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Winners must use the same email address submitted in the entry form and complete checkout before the deadline stated in the winner message.

Checkout must return an available shipping method for the winner's complete address. If no shipping method is available, the address is not eligible and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier conditions. Winners are responsible for providing accurate information.

8. Data and privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes in accordance with JOVYRA's Privacy Policy. Entrants who separately select the email-updates checkbox also agree to receive JOVYRA marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

9. Platform release and non-association

By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok from claims arising from the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta/Facebook, or TikTok. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries that interfere with fair administration, violate these rules, impersonate another person, or use automated methods. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevents fair administration, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration and winner verification are final to the extent permitted by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable local laws and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
