Warranty & Returns Policy
At JOVYRA, each piece is carefully inspected before shipment.
If something isn’t right, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.
Below you’ll find details regarding returns, eligibility, and warranty coverage.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a request, please email support@jovyra.com with:
- Your order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos, and video if applicable
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before further instructions are provided.
Eligible Cases for Refund, Replacement, or Repair
We will assess and arrange an appropriate resolution — including repair, replacement, or refund — in the following situations:

Manufacturing Defect
The product has a functional or structural defect upon arrival, such as a watch not operating or a broken strap. -
Engraving Error
The engraving does not match the spelling or content submitted at checkout. -
Lost Shipment
The shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, or the package has not been delivered within 30 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate solution.
Engraved & Personalized Items
Engraved or personalized pieces are made specifically for you.
They are non-returnable unless:
- There is a confirmed manufacturing defect
- The engraving differs from the text provided at checkout
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for review.
Please review your engraving text carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after confirmation.
Return & Service Process
If your request is approved, the following process may apply:
- Our team will evaluate your case via email.
- You will receive instructions regarding the next steps, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
- If a return is required for inspection or service, you will be provided with return instructions.
- Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and processed accordingly.
Please note:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed accordingly. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
12-Month Limited Warranty
All JOVYRA watches and bracelets are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
For watches:
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Glass damage
- Battery replacement
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Water damage caused by use outside the stated water-resistance rating
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Theft
- Natural wood color changes
- Environmental influences, including moisture, extreme cold or heat, and dust
For bracelets:
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Water damage caused by use outside the stated product-care guidance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Theft
- Natural wood color changes
- Environmental influences, including moisture, extreme cold or heat, and dust
