It does not change how the watch looks from the outside — but it changes what it represents.
Most engraved pieces include names, dates, coordinates, or short phrases that hold private meaning.
Orders & Personalization
Can I customize my watch with engraving?
Yes. Most JOVYRA watches offer engraving on the back case.
Personalized pieces require an additional 2–4 business days for preparation before shipment.
Please review your engraving text carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to assist.
Please contact support@jovyra.com as soon as possible with your order ID.
Once production or shipment has begun, changes are no longer possible.
How long does order processing take?
Standard orders: 1–3 business days.
Engraved orders: 1–3 business days + 2–4 additional business days for customization.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Other regions: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
No. All orders are shipped under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
What if my package is lost?
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will review the situation promptly.
Product & Care
Are JOVYRA watches waterproof?
Each model includes a specified water-resistance rating on its product page.
Water damage caused by use outside the stated rating is not covered under warranty.
Will the wood change color over time?
Natural materials may develop subtle variations over time due to environmental exposure. This is a natural characteristic and not considered a defect.
Can I adjust the strap?
Most straps can be adjusted. For metal bracelets, professional resizing is recommended for optimal fit.
Does the watch include a battery?
Yes. Quartz models include a battery.
Battery replacement over time is considered normal maintenance.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not cover glass damage, battery replacement, normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, theft, or environmental damage.
