Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Engraved or personalized pieces require additional preparation time. Please allow 2-4 business days for customization prior to shipment.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates by region:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 6-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
  • Rest of World: 8-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, or seasonal demand.


Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are included for eligible destinations where shown at checkout.

In most cases, no additional import charges are required upon delivery.

The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for eligible DDP shipments.


Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or shows no meaningful tracking update after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We will open a review with the carrier and assist with the next steps.

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, or has not been delivered within 30 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we may arrange an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund after review.
