Yes. Most JOVYRA watches/bracelets offer engraving on the back case.

Personalized pieces require an additional 2-4 business days for preparation before shipment.

Please review your engraving text carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Does it come gift-ready?

Yes. JOVYRA pieces are prepared with gift-ready presentation, and a gift box is included unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This makes each piece ready for birthdays, anniversaries, Father’s Day, graduations, and other meaningful moments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to assist.

Once production or shipment has begun, changes are no longer possible.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

All JOVYRA watches and bracelets are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

It does not cover glass damage, battery replacement, normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage caused by use outside the stated water-resistance rating, unauthorized repairs, theft, natural wood color changes, or environmental damage.
